Hebe de Champeaux is a Dutch/American conductor, mezzo-soprano and violinist. She holds a BM in Violin Performance, an MM in Instrumental Conducting, and a BM in Choral Conducting. In 2007 she was the winner of the Jury’s Prize at the Béla Bartók Opera Conducting Competition. Since then, Hebe has led numerous ensembles in an array of performance settings and excels at stimulating collaboration.  Hebe also sings and plays violin professionally with various Dutch ensembles including Cappella Amsterdam, the Amsterdam Baroque Choir and Orchestra, and Hollands Collectief.
