These sessions will look at many subjects, including “how to create your own ensemble”, “how to deal with crisis”, “conductors’ relationships with their musicians”, “the role of the orchestral leader”, “how to perform Haydn and Mozart with modern instruments” etc with a star line-up of speakers including world-famous conductors, top orchestral managers, sought-after agents etc.
