Driven by strong artistic ambition, the candidates stand out through their diverse backgrounds, rich experiences, and commitment to advancing the role of women in orchestral conducting — a commitment the Competition is dedicated to recognizing and supporting.

- 225 applications (the greatest number in the competition history)
- 49 nationalities (Top 8: USA, China, South Korea, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland).
- Average age: 34 (with candidates ranging from 21 to 63 years old)
