A graduate with a master’s degree from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where she studied with Alain Altinoglu, Alizé Léhon is launching a career marked by collaborations with major orchestras in France and abroad. Selected for the 2024 Malko International Competition, she conducted the Danish National Symphony Orchestra and received the Neeme Järvi Prize at the Gstaad Festival. In 2025, she won the position of Assistant Conductor of the Orchestre National d’Île-de-France and will assist Case Scaglione for two seasons.

She has been invited by the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, the Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice, the Orchestre National de Metz, and the Orchestre Colonne, and will make her debut at the Théâtre du Châtelet in 2025 with L’Histoire du Soldat.

Committed to outreach and cultural engagement, she conducts the Orchestre DÉMOS Metz Moselle-Nord, works with amateur ensembles such as the Orchestre des Amateurs de la Philharmonie de Paris and the Chœur et Orchestre des Grandes Écoles, and leads projects in prisons, including a concert at La Santé Prison in 2025. The 2025-2026 season marks her debuts with the Musikkollegium Winterthur, the Sinfonieorchester Basel, the Opéra Orchestre National de Montpellier, the Opéra de Tours, the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine, and the Orchestre National Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
