Martyna Zych is a conductor focused on Czech music, currently a resident conductor in Olsztyn Philharmonic. She is a co-founder and originator of the Orchestra for Refugees Musicians from Ukraine. She recently participated to the Budapest international conducting competition and represented Poland during the Ferenc Fricsay competition. She made her debut with the Calisia Philharmonic, the Polish Orchestra Sinfonia Iuventus, the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic and the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra. She was selected to participate in conducting masterclasses with Marin Alsop and NOSPR in Katowice. She is also an active violist at the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra.
